Avero needs all the information on this form in order to schedule your installation. It is important that we receive this information as soon as possible, as we can only begin the process once all of the tasks below are completed.

The Export does not provide any meal period data. This will need to be configured by Avero in order for you to run meal period reports. 

You can choose to leave them at the Default (Breakfast 3:00 AM / Lunch 11:00 AM / Dinner 4:00 PM) or add your custom selection. 

In the boxes below enter the correct meal periods, or day parts, for your business.  For each meal period enter a NameStart Time and Revenue Center.

Use the Add Another Meal Period link to add as many meal period rows as you need.


Breakfast 3:00 AM / Lunch 11:00 AM / Dinner 4:00 PM

Enter the name of the meal period, for example "Breakfast", "Lunch" or "Dinner"

Enter the start time for this meal period as HH:MMAM/PM

Enter any applicable notes for this meal period
