If you appear to be a possible match to our client's research criteria we will call you to verify your responses and ask you some additional questions to determine if you fully qualify. Please note that simply filling out the survey does not automatically qualify you for the study. Also, due to a potential high volume of responses, we may only be able to respond to those who appear to be a possible match.

We are currently inviting caregivers of persons living with dementia or memory loss to participate in an upcoming study that would examine if a program helps caregivers of persons living with dementia.

Participants who qualify would be divided at random into two groups. One group will take part in the full program from the start. The other group will be invited to participate in a modified version of the program at the completion of the study. Both groups will be asked to complete three surveys. Participation in the study will last approximately 14 weeks. Additionally, individuals who receive the full program will get to:

● Have a 60-75 minute one-on-one care coaching session via Zoom with a trained care coach.

● Customize an action plan with your care coach.

● Explore a caregiver app weekly.

● (Optional) Participate in a weekly support group.

● (Optional) Talk with your care coach in additional sessions.

Caregivers who complete all requirements of the study including three surveys will receive a $120 gift card at the completion of this project.
