Description
Share a description of your organization for our directories. 
Kindly:
  • Write in the third person ("the organization does x" vs. "our organization does x").
  • Avoid phrases like “this year,” “this season, ” or "for the last 10 years" -- these can date your entry.
  • Avoid naming people associated with the organization (artistic director, etc.), as these may change.
Directory descriptions should be 700 - 2500 maximum characters, including spaces. 

Directory Images

  • Directory entries should have up to four (4) images to accompany your description. They should highlight the organization's location and programming. Please use specific, descriptive file names.


  • Guidelines:

Profile Image – 1:1 (1500 x 1500px); choose a logo or something iconic like a marquee or well-known exterior 

Additional Images – 3:2 (1500 x 1000px) or 16:9 (1500 x 844px); images can include exterior, interior, performance 

Alternative (Alt) Text is meant to convey the "why" of the image as it relates to the content of a document or webpage. It is read aloud to users by screen reader software, and search engines index it. It also displays on the page if the image fails to load, as in this example of a missing image. (Keep it short and descriptive, like a tweet.)









Membership Dues
Click the Category radial button for the Operating Budget or Business Details dropdown. When you make a choice in the dropdown, the Dues Amount will appear.

Please note: Membership fees are determined according to your organization's yearly operational expenses (for nonprofits) or annual income (for for-profit entities).








Introductory Membership Program
In response to the ongoing financial challenges cultural groups face, ArtPride is happy to announce an introductory membership program. When your arts organization becomes a member for the first time, your dues will be waived until the end of the year!

If recent history has taught us anything, it’s how critical our collective voices are. New Jersey’s arts community is on a long road to recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, more than ever, it is essential to unite with colleagues across the state to demonstrate the vital role the arts play in our communities, economy, and quality of life.
