Before You Begin
  • To be eligible for legal services you MUST live in Alameda County.

  • All Alameda County Housing Secure partners  have income limitations for free legal services. We also have limited staffing and are not able to guarantee assistance or representation to every tenant who is income eligible and completes an intake. However, if we aren’t able to take your case, we will provide self-help and Know Your Rights materials and/or referrals to private attorneys that charge for their services. You will need to negotiate the cost.

  • The information you enter in this website will be shared between the organizations that make up Alameda County Housing Secure. 

  • No attorney-client relationship is formed by filling out this website form.

  • PLEASE do not enter multiple requests for legal services. If you need additional services, please contact the legal server provider you already spoke to. Duplicate entries slow us down.
