Thank you for your dedicated service to our Union, we're honored to receive your interest in mentoring the next generation of IAM Members and aerospace workers.

The Boeing Mentorship Program, in partnership with the Machinists Institute, connects experienced retirees with the next generation of aerospace workers. Mentors earn $70.20 per hour and enjoy a flexible schedule, working up to 120 hours per month. This program aims to transfer valuable knowledge and inspire the next generation of IAM Members.
