IMPORTANT: If your child is 8 or older, please indicate whether they are staying at the Health Center or with you. The Health Center is a winterized cabin with three sections, each with 6-8 bunk beads. We will staff these rooms with a college-age chaperon. Similar to hotel rooms, the Lodge and Soref are where parents and children share a room. Please note that adults without children may be housed in the Bayit.

Registration
Registration fees are based on the number of rooms needed, not per individual (as in years past). 
Early Bird Rate:  $515 per room and $80 per kid 8+ (who will stay in the cabins).  After September 27:  $545 per room and $90 per kid 8+.
Please note that in order to receive financial assistance, all registration materials must be filled out. Once completed, you will be contacted by Bekki Kaplan, Director of  Community Life.

Payment
Your Reservation requires a 50% deposit. The rest of your total will need to be paid by November 1.  RSVP by October 14.  
Please note: we will not be collecting payments at the event. You may drop off a check (or cash) in the office during business hours, or place in the payment box outside of the Administrative Office (adjacent to the elevator), or pay by credit card via MyBethEmet (the member portal).  Please note that it will take 72 hours to post to your account. Please note that Beth Emet incurs an additional expense with each credit/debit card charge which amounts to approximately 3% per transaction and thus providing Beth Emet only 97% of the amount paid. In order to help offset this expense, a surcharge of 3% will be added to your total. If we do not receive payments prior to the event, we will bill your account and ask that it be paid within 30 days.
