Terms and Conditions
MEMBERSHIP STATUS VERIFICATION: 
All Memberships will be verified before sending login information to the webinars. If you have a question about your membership status, please contact your state membership chair.

REFUND POLICY:
All requests for refunds must be by email to treasurer@clta.net.  

PAYMENT:
Acceptable payment are Credit Cards, Checks, & Purchase Orders. Checks & Purchase Orders must be received at least 5 days before the beginning of the Webinar Series. Credit Cards are accepted one day before the start of the Webinar Series.

Purchasing the Book:
In order to fully participate in this webinar series, it will be very helpful to have the book. Once you are registered and membership status is verified, you will be sent a discount code to purchase the book Please try to have the book in your possession no later than the second webinar meeting, October 25th, 2023.

Photography Authorization:
By registering for the Webinar Series, participants agree to be photographed and recorded by CLTA for the purpose of documenting the program's effectiveness and/or to promote the Webinar Series in the CLTA/SWCOLT Websites and social media outlets, unless they opt out in writing at exec-director@clta.net. Participants may not photograph or record sessions without prior permission.
