Trauma Informed Team Leadership Programme

Our brand new Trauma Informed Team Leadership Programme provides an opportunity for senior leaders to explore trauma informed team leadership. The programme consists of an in-person training day in Oxford (06 Dec 2023) followed by six online Action Learning Sets (Jan - Jun 2024), providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with peers to solve challenges faced when leading a team.

Eligibility Criteria

Please confirm the following:

1. I am in a senior leadership position within an organisation (Director level or similar) or above.

2. I manage a team of people

3. I have at least two years or more of implementing a trauma informed approach within an organisation.

4. I am working in an organisation that is continually striving to becoming trauma informed.

· 5. I am able to attend the learning day and all six of the Action Learning Set dates below:

Learning day: Wednesday 6 December, Old Fire Station, 40 George St, Oxford, OX1 2AQ

Action Learning Sets: Jan 2024 – June 2024 (Every fourth Thursday of the month), online
