Please reserve your flight as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. We recommend you allow at least one hour of travel time to/from Charlotte-Douglass Airport (CLT) and The Westin Charlotte (event location).

SEF will reimburse ground transportation to/from your departing airport and to/from the CLT airport. Rideshare services (Uber and Lyft) are available. Taxis are available on baggage claim levels. If using your personal vehicle, mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS allowable rate. We will also reimburse for parking and any tolls incurred.

The 2023 SEF Issues Forum will be held at The Westin Charlotte, located at 601 South College Street, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202, in uptown Charlotte. Rooms are available in the SEF room block, which can be accessed at this link. We encourage you to review these options and book accordingly. SEF will cover your room rate (up to $239 per night) plus taxes. You will be responsible for all other incidental charges.
