1.Applicant must be the homeowner.
2.Property Taxes must be current.
3.Credit instruments, like mortgages, auto loans, installment loans, and revolving lines of credit, must be current.
4.Must be able to provide Proof of Income.
5.No bankruptcies discharged within the last 2 years.
