NRCAC is offering an Enhanced Team experience that will begin in January 2024. We are building off of the successes of our ongoing work with teams that lead to systemic change for CACs, MDTs, and families. NRCAC believes that a positive team climate is the cornerstone to a healthy CAC.
The Enhanced Team Development (ETD) project is a combination of training, consultation, and coaching designed to strengthen multidisciplinary teams to be adaptable and navigate change and transitions in their local communities. This project will last 9-12 months beginning in January 2024 and requires full team participation in monthly meetings and/or team activities. Please include the CAC's Executive Director and/or Team Facilitator, another CAC leader (if appropriate), and the name of the leader from each discipline represented on your MDT that would be participating in this project.
The application is due by COB on Friday, November 3, 2023.
Once you complete the application below, your responses will automatically be submitted to NRCAC. In the space below, you will need your contact information, as well as the information for each of the leaders who will actively participate in this experience with you. Once your application is reviewed, we will be in touch to set up next steps, which include interviews with team members listed below.
