1. 19th August - 15th October 2024.

2. Ugandan applicants must be residents/ natives from Central and Eastern Uganda aged 30 and below.

3. Refugees must be from Central and Eastern Uganda aged 35 and below.

4. Operation Regions will be Eastern, Central Uganda and Western Uganda
