Technology Career Program (TCP)

Looking to make a difference in the world of technology education? Look no further than the TechBridge Technology Career Program (TCP) for adult learners.

As a skilled volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to guide learners through three distinct learning domains, including Effective Communication, Career Development, and Technical Training.

With your help, learners will acquire the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the tech industry, including technical communication, crafting a compelling story, and test-taking strategies.

Additionally, you'll have the chance to help learners develop a comprehensive career plan and a top-notch technology portfolio to increase their employability in the current market. Join the TechBridge TCP team today and help shape the future of tech education!

Guest Instructor Give back to the community while gaining leadership & teaching experience! Improve (or flex! 💪) your public speaking skills by using TechBridge curriculum to lead a virtual session aligning with a core TCP learning domain. Through this opportunity, you will gain experience sharing knowledge and facilitating virtual group discussions. Guest Speaker Help burgeoning tech enthusiasts and professionals by sharing your expertise and experiences! Attend a Monday evening virtual session and serve as a Q&A panelist. Answer questions, give advice, and share the tips and tricks every beginner in the industry should know! Mock Interviewer Ready to be the leader that propels someone towards their dream job? Join a virtual class session as a Mock Interviewer, where your expertise becomes the key to unlocking potential and fostering professional growth. Serving as a Mock Interviewer allows you to sharpen your own skills giving written and verbal feedback while making a difference in our learners' career journey. Together, let's pave the way for success in the professional world! Mentor Share your knowledge, skills, and expertise while providing guidance and support to a team of 3-5 learners as they collaborate to complete their culminating project. Our learners are just starting or looking to enhance their project management career. You can share your experience and mistakes, helping our learners gain new perspectives on handling challenging situations and receive feedback on their performance.
