By completing and submitting this form, you are registering your organisation's interest in nominating individual(s) for the FoodCloud Academy Grant. If selected, FoodCloud Academy will provide funding for the individual(s) to undertake 10 ECTS modules offered through Atlantic Technological University. Your organization may apply on behalf of as many interested individuals as you wish.

These modules will run during the January 2025 semester, one evening per week, online. The classes are recorded and can be watched back at the students' own time if the timing of the class is inconvenient.

Please answer the following questions in full. This application is due by midnight of January 1st 2025 at midnight.

If the individual(s) you are applying on behalf of are accepted, we will notify you promptly and provide instructions on how to register with ATU for the courses. If you wish to prepare in advance, a step-by-step guide can be seen here.

I acknowledge that the individual(s) on whose behalf we are applying are 18 years old or older, and either speak English as their first language or possess proof of passing an ATU recognised English test.

I acknowledge that the individual(s) on whose behalf we are applying will provide ATU with the following documents in timely manner during the ATU registration process: PPS number, latest CV, proof of past educational diplomas or certificates and english test results if required.

Note: you are only required to do the Introduction to Surplus Food module once.

I acknowledge that funding for these modules is limited and therefore the FoodCloud Academy team will review applications and make decisions based on funding availability which may affect the outcome of my application.

I acknowledge that an individual who was funded for modules during semester one is not eligible to apply for further funding from this grant. That individual may still sign up for additional courses with ATU but will need to be able to pay for their module fees without this grant.
