I acknowledge and agree that Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker, and 20 Paws will not be held liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal, or property resulting from my pet's training behavior. It is also understood and agreed that any child under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by an adult during training sessions. Furthermore, I accept responsibility for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of my pet's participation in the program and acknowledge that I am liable for any damages my pet may cause to other pets or people, both presently and in the future.

Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 20 Paws, its owners, employees, trainers, or agents (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by my dog(s) or myself, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise while participating in the training programs and in the future.

I understand Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker, and 20 Paws cannot accept dogs with a history of aggression, which includes but is not limited to biting, lunging, or growling, towards people or other animals. I understand that 20 Paws reserves the right to cancel my participation in a session at any time and for any reason, and I agree to bear any associated expenses in the event of such cancellation.

I acknowledge that 20 Paws holds the right to refuse service for any reason and I understand that there are no refunds or returns.

I acknowledge that while Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker, and 20 Paws will make every effort to work with my dog to the best of their ability, they do not guarantee any specific results.

For day training only: In the case of a medical emergency during day training, I authorize 20 Paws to seek veterinary care for my dog. I agree to cover all expenses related to emergency veterinary care. I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise during training, and I accept the responsibility for any resulting costs associated with the well-being of my dog.

I understand that all information provided is owned by 20 Paws and is not to be replicated or shared with others. There is not filming during any sessions.

I voluntarily accept these terms and conditions as a prerequisite for participating in the training program provided by Tricia Baker, Katelyn Baker, and 20 Paws.
