Saving your Application

Reporting

Senior Group - National or Regional Events:  Grants recipients are required to provide a brief accountability report letter within 2 months of the event.  Your report letter to include:

  • Evidence of Ngati Whakaue component/item in your programme
  • Observations from the experience
  • Full accountability on use of grant funds
  • Photos

Following completion of the Event, we will email you a link to your online report form, to enable you to upload these items.

National Events:  Grants recipients are required to provide a brief accountability report letter within 2 months of the event.  Your report letter to include:

  • Evidence of Ngati Whakaue component/item in your programme
  • Observations from the experience
  • Full accountability on use of grant funds
  • Photos

Regional Events - Grants recipients are required to provide a brief accountability report letter within 2 months of the event.  Your report letter to include:

  • Evidence of Ngati Whakaue component/item in your programme
  • Observations from the experience
  • How the funds were used
  • Photos

NOTE: PDF is the preferred document type for uploading, however you can upload JPG and PNG.
