At our 2024 ICAN Women's Leadership Conference, ICAN would like to spotlight Women's Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) - particularly those who have used their collective power to effect change for women within their organizations. We are hoping to collect information on company ERG's and stories of inclusive work environments and cultures of allyship (when formed, activities they have been involved in, membership details, action photo/group photo that could be used in conference slideshow, etc.) We will select a collection to spotlight at the conference on May 15.
