We focus on academic concepts through student- and phenomena-based learning. Basically, we don’t just want to “teach” it - we want participants to “experience” it!

Programs Offered:

• Garden Field Trip - takes place at the Heritage Rose Garden and Historic Orchard where students learn about life cycles, pollination, and the anatomy of a rose.
• Physics in Nature Field Trip - takes place at the Rotary PlayGarden and uses playground equipment to learn core physics concepts and how these concepts are cross-applicable in nature!

Students Eligible for Scholarships:

• Title I (low-income) school and community groups
• Students with special needs
• Foster youth
• Unhoused youth and/or those residing in transitional housing
