Hospitality volunteers have a variety of responsibilities, including: greeting guests answering questions helping direct guests from Soiree to the Jason Lee gym - please dress warmly! managing the flow of customers, directing them to check-out managing the flow of shopping baskets and carts between the checkout and shopping areas merchandising - straightening and rearranging display tables as glass pieces are sold

If you're comfortable working with money, or good with technology, this is a great opportunity for you! One cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions, the remaining volunteers will process credit card payments using our online system. We will provide a training at the beginning of your shift, please arrive early enough to be checked in and ready by 9:15am.

Hospitality volunteers are at the event to help others in a variety of ways: Greeting guests and helping them find the bathroom or check out. Keeping track (with a clicker) of the number of people entering and exiting until 11 am. Helping things be tidy by doing things like putting away trash, rearranging the display tables as glass pieces are sold, and seeing that the baskets/carts are arranged nicely.
