REFUND POLICY
Registration payments will be invoiced to you by BJE. Payments can be made directly through the invoice by credit card, e-check, or mailed hardcopy check. Please look out for the invoice from ladelson@bjela.org.
Refund requests must be made in writing directly to Rabbi Jim Rogozen and sent to jrogozen@bjela.org. Refunds will be issued in the form of a check from BJE.
A 50% refund can be granted through March 10, 2024.
No refunds will be allowed after March 10, 2024. You may send a substitute participant(s) in place of registered staff members who cannot attend.
