  4. 1 moderator and their contact information or indication that a planning committee member will need to be assigned to moderate

Each person listed above (coordinator, panelists, moderator) must register for the event below.  Click the Add Another Registrant link beneath the right bottom corner of this box to add another registrant. 










  • Blackened Salmon Baby Kale Caesar Salad - Baby romaine and kale, red and yellow roasted grape  tomatoes, Parmesan crisps and housemade cornbread croutons;  Tabasco Caesar dressing
  • Greek Town Chicken Salad - Lemon oregano grilled chicken breast, mixed greens, feta cheese,  lightly charred baby vegetables, petite tomatoes and Kalamata olives;  Greek vinaigrette. Accompanied by lemon orzo salad with spinach  chiffonade and red onions and pita bread
  • Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Roast  - Grilled sliced cauliflower wedge glazed with a  spicy sauce; whipped coconut cream sweet  potatoes and leek gratin (Gluten Free, Vegan)
