Little Village has a daily cap on the number of referrals we can accept. Unfortunately, we have now reached our daily quota for today and access to the referrals form is closed. The form will reopen again on the next working day at 9:30am. 

Our referrals form will close after Friday 20th December and reopen on Monday 6^th at 9:30 am. Please note: due to the high demand on our services and fulfilling current requests, any referrals submitted between now and the 20th December will not be fulfilled until the New Year.

Please note that you will have the opportunity to save your form before you submit, so should the cap be reached whilst completing your form, you will have a saved version to resume and submit the following day (when the form opens at 9:30). We strongly advise you tick the option to "save progress and resume".  Once saved, please be sure to close the form fully and relaunch it before submitting.
