So, you're thinking about becoming a mentor and helping someone Level Up their lives? That's a great start and we're happy to have you join the mentoring network.

To help us understand more about you as a person, please fill out the survey below - many of these questions will help us with the matching process and will be shared with mentees to help them select their mentors so please fill out the survey as clearly as you can.

Are you able to commit to mentoring someone for at least 6 months with a minimum of 6 hours of contact time with your mentee?

Do you think your department/ team can offer any of the following to mentees on this program (Multiple choice)

Work experience - From a few days to few weeks where an individual can temporarily work for an employer to gain experience, usually unpaid. Insight day - A day visit to your department/ company to allow participants to see the behind the scenes of the work you/your team delivers and be able to ask questions. Career talk - Someone from your team sharing what your team/ department does with participants. This can be done in a structured or unstructured talk.Apprenticeships, internships or traineeships - A mixture of education and work placement program that can last from 3 to 24 months which is designed to equip participants with a qualification and on-the-job experience. No, I don't think so.
