This survey will help us understand more about your experience of FIRST Tech Challenge UK and how it has impacted you, so others can follow your footsteps. 


Yes, you could be doing more fun things, but we promise this info is critical for us as a charity to learn, develop and grow. 


We’re on a mission to make STEM less intimidating, more diverse and inclusive and really need your help.


What we'll do with your response

The info you provide will stay confidential with the survey team and stored securely according to current data protection laws (such as GDPR). 


Any quote/testimonial your provide at the end of the survey will be used publicly, either anonymised or using your first name. When using a first name, we will gain permission from you and your Team Lead first. Your Team Lead knows you are completing this survey.

You can choose whether to complete this survey or to opt out. Whatever you decide, it won’t affect you or your team’s progression in the programme but it will affect how we develop the programme. 


If you decide after today that you don’t want your data used, let your Team Lead know within two weeks and we’ll remove your data.

A mentor is someone from industry or your school/youth group community (not your Team Lead) who has meet with your team more than once to support you during the programme.
