Teaching Artist Class Proposal

Welcome teaching artists! Thank you for considering to offer a class at WheatonArts. We invite you to share your ideas for creative, educational experiences. Please use this form to submit class proposals for our fee-based classes and workshops program, which are designed to engage both youth and adults. 

If you are not familiar with our program, please visit this link to view our current offerings. This may help you structure your proposal.

Please note that there is an option to save your progress and resume your work at a later date.

Please provide a brief biography and a headshot or working shot. The biography should note your experience with both your medium and as an instructor. This bio and headshot may be used for promotional purposes.

Promotional Images
Provide a variety of promotional images that can be used to represent your class. Please note the following formats for images
  • Images: No smaller than 1080px on its shortest side. Suggested size is 2560px by 1440px. The larger, the better, as we can resize to our needs.
  • Images should be provided in more than one orientation. Please provide both landscape and portrait photos. 
  • Captions/ descriptions for the images. Why? all images must have alt tags for ADA compliance on our website.
Are your photos too large to upload? If the collection of photos is too large to upload, please use the free browser-based file transfer platform WeTransfer.com to send photos to pweichmann@wheatonarts.org.
