Delve into the diverse lived experiences and perspectives of the camp community over the eight months preceding camp: the daily experiences of shlichim in Israel, North American counselors on college campuses, and campers consuming news via social media and peers. We each hold multiple identities simultaneously, wearing many hats at camp. Explore how shlichim and other staff can lead with authenticity while navigating uncertainties around self-expression. Learn strategies for sharing personal stories aligned with the camp's mission in a sensitive and impactful manner.
