Attention -Dealer Cancellations - For Dealers who choose to no longer purchase the Products at any point after their initial three(3) month commitment, LocaliQ must communicate the cancellation to Client Command no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the end of the servicing month at which point the Products will be terminated by Client Command for that Dealer. Client command will not Pro-rate invoices and will complete all Products and services for the final in full as irrevocable costs are incurred prior to the delivery of the Products.
