We are looking for volunteers to provide detailed, personalised feedback on CVs, job applications and covers letters who

1) Have experience in HR, staff management or recruitment
2) Are based in the UK
3) Have an understanding of what employers are looking for in a job application
4) Are able to review and write feedback for at least 1 or job applications per week or fortnight each piece of feedback takes 2-3 hours.
Please make sure you are able to commit to this.
You can take part for one month or stay longer if you enjoy it.
