Building Resilience, 13th May 2025, 10.30am – 12pm Led by a consultant clinical psychologist, this 90-min workshop aims to provide tools on managing our wellbeing in the workplace. We’ll look at: - Recognising and managing stress and creating work-life balance - What do we mean by work-life balance? how does this look within your organisation? - Exploring what happens when we feel ‘imbalance’ and what may contribute to this - Connecting with ‘hidden’ or ‘unspoken’ stories and experiences of staff - Managing personal and professional boundaries; drawing on principles of empathy and compassion to create balance at home and work - Creating a language for emotional literacy and focusing on self-care - Drawing on inner strengths and resources as individuals and as part of a team - ‘Rupture and repair’; using mistakes and feedback as opportunities for growth The workshop will be held under Chatham House Rules, so all attendees can share ideas and best practice in a safe, interactive and reflective environment.
