The Peer Mentor program will train people with disabilities to provide peer support to other individuals with disabilities across Ohio.

Peer mentoring is a process through which a more experienced individual with disabilities encourages and assists a less experienced individual with disabilities to develop his or her potential within a shared area of interest to empower the individual and to enhance their self-determination.

This support will be open to individuals aged 16** and up.

Demographic Information

Why do we ask demographic questions (for example, your gender, race, ethnicity, etc.)?

 

We receive funding from the federal and/or state government to do our work. Collecting demographic information helps us show who we have reached and where we need to do better. 

 

We do not require anyone to answer the questions and you can always respond with "I do not wish to disclose" If you have any concerns about our survey questions, please let us know.
