Hello 2024 Bearspaw Summer Special Events Pop-Ups Applicant,

Please fill out the following form to register your interest in the 2024 Bearspaw Summer Special Event Pop-ups Season. You only need to fill out one form. You may apply for 1 or all 5 by clicking the Pop-Ups dates you would like below. Please include as much detail as possible to give the selection committee a complete picture of your products & services for 2024. Information based on the form alone will be used to determine acceptance to this year's market. This is an application form only, selected participants will be contacted by email for follow-up payment of your booth.

Vendors who participate in a minimum of 2 Summer Special Event Pop- Ups will be given first rights to apply for the Fall Harvest and the European Christmas Village at a discounted price. We reserve the right to refuse you even if you did 2 Summer Special Event Pop Up's for any reasons: ex: 1. You did not follow the market rules listed on our website under markets, 2. You do not pay within 5 business days of acceptance.

Each market will cost $40.00 for this Summer ONLY. Please Note these events will be OUTDOORS. TENTS, WEIGHTS, TABLES, CHAIRS ARE THE VENDORS RESPONSIBILITY.

I have read the "Vendor Information, Rules & Market Policies" located on the website www.bearspawlc.org on the "Markets" Page
and if selected as a vendor for any Bearspaw Communtiy Association Market or Event, I agree to abide by those rules and policies as well as any penalties or booth cancellations that may arise from failure to follow those rules and policies. I understand there are no Refunds for cancellations.

I agree that as a vendor of any Bearspaw Community Association Market or Event, that I am required to obtain and provide evidence of general liability insurance in the amount not less than $1,000,000 prior to any Markets or Events.

I hereby waive and release the Bearspaw Community Association, it's Board of Directors, staff, organizing committee, volunteers, and other related parties from any liability or loss related to injury, loss of property, damage to property or loss of revenue associated with activities participated in this event. The Bearspaw Community Associaiton is not responsible for damages or inconvenience.
