Greetings Coastside Producers.

This survey is being conducted through funding provided through the USDA’s Local Food Promotion Program. The project team is led by San Mateo County Resource Conservation District, Brisa Ranch, TomKat Education Foundation, and Kitchen Table Advisors. The responses you provide will help inform the design of a local regional food hub that will facilitate and support aggregating orders to wholesalers, creating new market access opportunities, and supporting regional food system resiliency.

The survey should take around 10-20 minutes to fill out. Thanks to a donation from Peninsula Open Space Trust, for each completed survey, that farm or ranch will be added to a raffle, the top prize winner will receive a $500 VISA gift card, which will be chosen randomly out of all completed survey entrants. Winners should receive the award no less than 1 month from the final due date of this survey, which is June 3rd.
