Thank you for your interest in applying for a Victorian Skills Authority Board position.

This form will enable you to submit all of the required information and documents necessary to complete your application.  This information is sought in order to assist in assessing your eligibility and suitability for nomination and/or appointment.

Your personal information will be treated as confidential and will only be used or accessed by authorised persons for purposes connected to your current candidacy for appointment, and, should you be successfully appointed, to ensure an accurate record of nominees and appointees to statutory bodies. 

Personal information collected by Davidson Search & Advisory and the Victorian Government is handled in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) found in the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic). The personal information provided by you will be securely stored and made available only to appropriately authorised officers. Personal information recorded on this form will not be disclosed to other parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Personal information may be disclosed as part of the recruitment process, for example, in contacting referees or obtaining certification of public sector employee nominees.
