CDC Foundation Hunger Nutrition and Health Action Collaborative Directory

Purpose: This directory, created through the CDC Foundation Hunger, Nutrition and Health Action Collaborative, provides information about the organizations working on the National Strategy for Hunger, Nutrition and Health. We aim to provide information to identify partnership opportunities and advance solutions quickly. Both public and private organizations are represented, including those with White House-announced commitments and other organizations identified by the CDC Foundation and our federal, state, and community partners.
