The fee for a food truck outside is
$250
for the 2 days. Payable by November 1st.
Visitor Numbers:
This event has been running for 44 years. Expected visitor numbers are steady, expect between 4,500 - 5,000 over the 2 days.
Load-in Times:
You
must load in by 9am each day. There is a very long queue down the block at the start of each morning, so we need you loaded in for safety of pedestrians.
Permits:
The Seattle Fire Department requires that all food trucks have valid City of Seattle Fire permits if cooking with an open flame.
Expect this to be checked on the day by the Seattle Fire Department's Special Events/Compliance team. Please also ensure you have the correct fire e
xtinguisher.
