Aim for a balanced representation among program-makers with 40% male-identifying, 40% female-identifying, and 20% by any and no gender, including gender diverse individuals. Content should be reflective of the current demographic make-up of Australia, as governed by the most recent census data. 
• Promote Local Arts and Culture: Feature locally produced arts and cultural content, highlighting the creativity and vibrancy of our communities. 
• Prioritise First Nations Content: Prioritise First Nations content to support self-determination and truth-telling, providing a platform for these essential stories and perspectives.
