Join RecyclingWorks in MA for the 2024 Compost Site Operators Workshop on Thursday, October 10th, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:30 PM at Black Earth Compost’s site in Groton. This workshop, conducted in collaboration with James McSweeney of Compost Technical Services and The 131° School of Composting, will focus on aerated static pile (ASP) composting of food scraps and other organic materials. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from RecyclingWorks with further details. As part of the event, approved registrants will receive a link to a live virtual lesson, which will provide foundational knowledge prior to the in-person event on October 10th. Priority registration is given to composters based in Massachusetts. If the workshop reaches capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified if a spot becomes available.
