NSCP Fun Run 5K - Registration Form

Wednesday, October 30, 2024 (Departing from Omni Dallas lobby at 6:00 AM)

To participate in this event, please complete this registration form. There is no fee to participate and t-shirt purchase is optional for all participants. The short sleeve performance t-shirts will cost approximately $25 to $30 based on the number of purchasers. Once the order quantity is confirmed, you will receive an email notifying you of payment options (such as Venmo or Zelle). T-shirts will be available for pick up at the NSCP registration desk at the start of the conference.
