white2024-2025 MYAC Tuition Payment Plan Request

If you would like to use a payment plan instead of paying the tuition in full by the deadline,
please fill out and submit this form.
Payments will be divided into four equal installments.
Invoices will be sent approximately two weeks before installment payments are due.
A one-time $20 administrative fee will be charged on the first installment.

Tuition/ Refund Policy
Orchestra and Jazz payments will be due on September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, and December 1st.
Choral payments will be due on September 16th, October 15th, November 15th, and December 15th.

After the second rehearsal, there will be no refunds. Those participating on payment plans will still be responsible for full payment of tuition.

Please note that payments must be received on time to avoid finance charges and to ensure continued participation.
At MYAC, we strive to keep tuition as low as possible while remaining a fiscally sound organization with a solid foundation and future. We are very careful to maintain a non-profit approach to our expenditures and income while assuring the musical/ educational/ financial stability of MYAC. To this end, we need all tuition paid by December.
