The process of Divorce and Custody can be challenging and complicated for clients and the attorneys who represent them. John Condliffe, Esq., Principal, and Shannon Boisseau, Esq., Associate, Levin Gann P.A., Editor and Contributor, respectively, for the MSBA publication entitled Maryland Divorce and Separation Law will guide participants through the “nuts and bolts” of divorce and custody, addressing common challenges while providing practical tips for representing clients.  Attorneys must agree to accept either one pro bono case OR one Judicare case with Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service (or another regional pro bono/Judicare legal services partner organization) within 1 year of registration.
