Leadership Rhode Island's Propel Program has been designed with the needs and hurdles of the early career at its core.


We are proud to offer the Propel Program- a transformative, dynamic experience designed for the emerging leader to move them forward in the workplace. The program will consist of interactive learning experiences (both within and outside of sessions), evocative engagement and discussion, events designed to expand impact networks, and strengths-based coaching. 


The Propel Program will take early career employees to the next level in just three months. Through dynamic workshops, experiential activities, and independent assignments related to their workplace goals, participants will grow in their confidence, professionalism, and self awareness in the workplace.
