Eligibility requirements:

1. You must already be an SIR member.
2. Your submitted abstract for the 2024 Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) annual conference was accepted for presentation at their upcoming meeting in Los Angeles, September 20-22, 2024.
3. Your abstract must be relevant to the practice of interventional radiology. Preferential support will be given to abstracts relating directly to the practice of interventional radiology and those advancing the themes of diversity, equity, and inclusion in medicine, such as the understanding or reduction of specific health disparities.
4. You must be a medical student or first-year resident.
5. You must be planning to attend the LMSA annual conference in September.

Before completing this form, please ensure you have the following ready:

1. A summary of your abstract. 500 words or less.
2. Your LMSA 2024  annual conference abstract acceptance letter. You will need to upload this as part of your application.
