1. Problem Statement: Describe the problem that your idea is hoping to solve. In your answer, include information that captures the following evidence:

a) Who does this problem affect?

b) How many children/ other beneficiaries are affected by this problem in your context?

c) Why is this problem important to solve for your country’s children?

Please include data from government sources, research papers, or public articles/ journals to support your answer.

2. Proposed Solution: Explain your proposed solution to the stated problem. In your answer, include information on:

a) What will your venture do to solve the problem stated above?

b) When, where, how often and by whom it will be delivered?

c) How is your solution unique or different from other such ideas, if any, in your geography?

3. Pilot: Describe the progress you have made towards this venture so far. In your answer, include information on:

a) What was the impact or change you expected to test through the pilot?
b) What impact or change did you observe and how did it compare to your expectations?
c) How would you describe the beneficiaries you worked with? Please include the outreach numbers.

4. Scalability: Explain your current thinking about how you could scale your solution in the future to create a larger impact. In your answer, include information that answers the following:

a) How do you see your venture growing in the next 2-3 years?

b) What would you need to make this happen? Think about budgets (salaries, infrastructure, program costs, overheads, etc.) as well as partnerships you might need to secure

c) What would be the challenges in scaling this idea, both financially and otherwise?

5. Sustainability: Describe your current thinking about how you could ensure that the organization is financially sustainable in both the short and long runs. In your answer, include information on:

a) How will your solution generate revenue or raise funding (i.e. will you sell a product or service, will you raise investment, will you find grants, etc.)

b) How much money have you raised since the start of your venture (in USD)? Please also include the source including grants, investment, sales, and other.

6. Leadership: Why do you believe that you/ your co-founding team are the best fit to solve this challenge? Describe the skills and experience you bring to this work and the areas you think you will need more knowledge/ support in.
