When listing a clothing item, please include the expected size by mid-December.

All 4 gifts must TOTAL $150. Each gift should value around $37.50 or less.

All children in the 5th grade and under receive 2 "need items" and 2 "want items" for holiday gifts.
Please remember each item should cost around $37.50 or less.

Samples: Clothing like socks, dress pants, belts, jeans, underwear, shirts, shoes, boots, etc.; School supplies like calculators, paper, binders, writing utensils, tools, craft supplies, etc.

Grades 6-12
All children in the 6th-12th grades receive gift card(s) as their holiday gifts. 

Because of auditing requirements, CAN is required to get electronic signatures from people who receive gift cards. Our team will sign on your behalf that the gift card(s) are received. By submitting this form, you are giving CAN permission to do so.
