Dairy Runway Program

Course Overview
Dairy Runway is an entrepreneurship program for dairy innovators with value-added dairy products at the idea stage. The program offers a free, virtual six-week course that focuses on product concept and customer discovery, followed by in-person training in prototype development and Zoom-based business coaching. Funded by the New York State Dairy Promotion Order (NYSDPO), this cohort-based program takes participants through a process to assess their products’ desirability, viability, and feasibility before going to market.
Teams of one or two people may apply. Please only include the members of your team that will be fully participating in the course. At least one team member is required to attend and participate fully in every course session and complete all coursework. This is important because course learning is cumulative and participation in the Kitchen Incubator is determined based on your team's class engagement.
