Overview:

The Surgical Care Fund is committed to making a lasting impact by supporting underfunded, volunteer-driven organizations where professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and other specialists, contribute their time without monetary compensation. The Fund prioritizes surgical care for physical or cosmetic deformities caused by birth, disease, accidents, or abuse, including conditions such as blindness, hearing impairments, dental issues, and cleft lip. Professionals, including surgeons assisting burn victims, dentists addressing serious dental problems, ophthalmologists treating severe eye conditions, and doctors providing free reconstructive surgery, play a crucial role in delivering these services. By focusing on initiatives with a demonstrated capacity for long-term impact, the Fund aims to create a legacy of care and support for those in need.
