Tuition for the program is $8,000 for approximately 175+ hours of leadership development training, individual and small group coaching, and access to Coro alumni and cross-program events.

The acceptance letter will include any scholarship notification and payment plan options.

Statement of Commitment

Leadership New York runs from August 2025 - May 2026. The schedule amounts to over 20 days of formal training sessions along with additional informal session hours for planning the City Issue Days, Open Sessions and other events that are up to participants. Due to the experiential nature of our training and the importance of the group in our work together, a commitment to attend all program sessions is preferred.

We understand that participants may need to miss a session to account for known or unexpected circumstances. No more than 5 absences are permitted for successful completion of the program (leaving early and arriving late counts towards an absence). Absences exceeding this could result in your withdrawal from the program.

Please note that full participation/attendance in the Opening Retreat in August and Showcase/Graduation on May 28, 2026 is required. Here is the program calendar for LNY2025.

Overnight retreat occupancy policy: due to the nature of the program, during the overnight participants are expected to stay fully on site for the entire duration of the retreat (all meals, activities, overnight sleep) and will be housed in double occupancy rooms.

Requests for single occupancies will require participants or their employers to cover an additional fee for the room and are only available on a limited basis, subject to availability from the retreat center.
