Fall Conference
Fall Conference, October 22-23
  • The Fall Conference is open to NAMT members in good standing and sponsors/invited guests.
  • While in-person registration has closed, you may register to attend online throughout the Conference.
  • If you qualify to attend, please continue with this form below and you will be given a link to the appropriate "walk up" form to join the online Fall Conference.


Festival of New Musicals
Festival of New Musicals, October 24-25
  • The Festival of New Musicals is open to NAMT members and theatre industry professionals.
    • We define an industry member as anyone currently working professionally in the theatre who can aid in the development of the shows or careers of the writers we present.
  • The Festival is in-person only!
    • Walk-up registration will be available at New World Stages starting at 9:45 am on October 24. Please allow time for us to take your information and make your badge before the presentation(s) you want to see.
      • The full schedule is available here.
      • All walk-up registrations are subject to a $30 fee.
  • A standby line will also be available for each presentation for non-industry members. Admission is not guaranteed.
  • You do not need to continue with this form for the Festival of New Musicals.

NAMT Organizational Members
This year's Fall Conference will be hybrid, in-person and online. The Festival of New Musicals will be in-person only.

NAMT Members in good standing may register for the Fall Conference in person or online and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person. You may combine in person and online attendees on a single form.

If your organization is not on this list and you are a NAMT member, or if you are not a NAMT member but are interested in attending the Fall Conference, contact Member Services Director Adam Grosswirth at adam@namt.org.

If your organization is not on this list and you wish to register only for the Festival of New Musicals as a non-member, please change the above answer to "No" and continue with this form.

You may combine in person and online attendees (including separate attendees for the Conference and for the Festival, or the Conference online with the Festival in person) on a single form.

Invited Non-Members
Your organization is a sponsor or friend of NAMT, and has been invited to attend the Fall Conference as well as the Festival of New Musicals. You may register for the Fall Conference (in person or online) and/or the Festival of New Musicals. You may combine in person and online attendees (including separate attendees for the Conference and for the Festival, or the Conference online with the Festival in person) on a single form.

If your organization is a sponsor of the Fall Events, you will see questions related to your sponsorship as you register.

If this doesn't describe you, or you are not an employee of one of the organizations below (e.g. you're a TCG member, but not on their staff), please go back and select a different option above.

NAMT Associate Members
NAMT Associate Members in good standing may use this form to register themselves for the Fall Conference in person or online, and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person.

Please select your name from the list below. Associate Memberships are individual and the benefits are not transferable. (If you would like to register additional colleagues for the Festival, please submit this form for yourself, then return and register them as non-members as needed. Non-members may attend the Conference by invitation only.)

If you are not on this list and you are a NAMT Associate Member, or if you are not a NAMT member but are interested in attending the Fall Conference, contact Member Services Director Adam Grosswirth adam@namt.org.

NAMT Student Members
NAMT Student Members in good standing may register themselves for the Festival of New Musicals in person and/or Fall Conference online.

Players Program Donors
NAMT Player Program Donors may register for the Fall Conference in person or online and/or the Festival of New Musicals in person. We will be in touch about other Players events during the week.
