Essential Document Checklist
These are the documents which MUST be uploaded to your form prior to submission:
  • A copy of your Constitution, set of rules or other governing document. It should be signed and dated.
  • A recent bank statement (dated within the last 3 months) as proof of a bank account in the name of your organisation.
  • Your most recent independently examined or audited accounts, or verified statement of income and expenditure.  If your organisation is less than one year old, upload your most recent bank statement.
  • A copy of your Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Policy and/or Child/Adult Protection Policy
  • A completed excel budget form (this must be the form provided by Impact Funding Partners).  You can download the BUDGET FORM HERE.

Fund Strands
There are two Strands of funding available.  

You must choose which Strand you are applying to. 

Strand One is for a grant of between £5,000 and £10,000. 
Strand One projects will deliver activities focused on supporting children, and their families through a range of different community based activities.

Strand Two is for a grant of between £10,001 and £20,000.
Strand Two projects will look to extend or adapt an existing successful project or pilot a new one.   Partnership applications are more aligned with this strand.
You must select Strand One or Strand Two to move on with your application.

Fund Aim
The aim of this fund is to support projects and organisations to provide family activities and support to the communities from the seven neighbourhoods identified in the city.  Holistic family support is essential to deliver the required changes needed to tackle health inequalities, and the fund aims to achieve this through close community and neighbourhood engagement and participation.

From the 1st of April 2024 all projects in receipt of Scottish Government funding must adhere to the Fair Work guidelines, and pay any contracted staff, freelance staff or sessional staff at least the Real Living Wage, if these staff costs are being covered by a Scottish Government grant. More information is available here on the Scottish Government website.  This requirement will form part of your Conditions of Grant.
