2025 Community Leaders Grant

Are you based in one of the five boroughs of New York City?

Are you applying for a for-profit business?

Will your project be carried out by a group of individuals (two and more people)?

Is your group a school serving early childhood through 12th grade?

Schools serving early childhood through 12th grade are exempt from the $250,000 budget criteria. However, we do not fund existing school curricula (e.g., materials for an art class), long-standing programs (e.g., annual school play), and programs of staffed non-profits based in the school. We prioritize Title 1 public schools.

Is your organizational budget in 2024 under $250,000?

Are you a fraternal, partisan, or religion-based organization?

Are you a local chapter or affiliated with a national or international organization?

Are you applying for grant funds to cover litigation and/or 501(c)(3) application fees?
